Shiddatt-e-ghum se sharminda nahin hai meri wafa Faraz,
Jab dost gehre hon to jakhm bhi gehre mila karte hain!
And it’s translation in English is,
My love is not regretting the intensity of pain,
When friends are so dear, the wounds given by them would also be so deep!
